In October 2011, I moved to Okinawa in order to protect children from radioactive contamination. I might some people think, exaggerated.
Although there are many theories by scholars fueled the fear to scholars of government patronage, I, the parents , have to judge myself at all.
What affects the body by radioactive materials, exposure to or inside ? Currently, nobody knows the correct answer. The attempt to provide an environment that even a little better in the context of immigration reasons.
There was also some part of human relations broken, and I consider that it was broken originally, what I can do in the new environment, I have a trial and error.
Thanks to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident, such as a part that has the wrong politics has become clear.
I'm also thinking I feel like I pointed back to the days of junior high school students.
By the session at Fuji Rock 2002 with Fidel Nadal, I got to know the cumbia.
I wanted to invent my own style of cumbia. That is the dynamo and motivation for recording this album.
Although there are still a lot of U.S. military bases in Okinawa. By that, the people of Okinawa have received a great deal of stress. There are many excellent musicians here in Okinawa. I would like to thank the people who helped me.

2011年10月、子供を放射能汚染から守るために沖縄に移住した。大げさな、と思う人もいるかもしれない。御用学者から恐怖を煽る学者まで色んな人が色んな説を唱えているが、結局親である自分が自分で判断をしないといけない。体外/体内被曝が身体にどんな影響を与えるのか？正解をわかっている人は現状いない。という状況で少しでもましな環境を用意しようというのが移住の理由。一部人間関係が壊れた部分もあったが、もともと壊れていたのだと考えることにして、新しい環境で何ができるか、試行錯誤している。福島第一原発事故を契機に自分の社会に対する構え方も180°変わって中学生のころの尖った思考に戻ったような気もしている。音楽的にはFidel Nadalのサポートがきっかけでクンビアと出会ったのを昇華させていきたいというモチベーションがアルバム制作のダイナモになっている。沖縄は南の楽園でもなんでもなく極めて強いストレスを抱えている場所だが、ここでもやはり音楽と素晴らしい音楽家に助けられている。その感謝の意を込めて。
